I had many questions as a first time buyer and there wasn’t anything that she wouldn’t answer in the simplest way so that I could understand. She was very patient (as I’m sure most buyers take long hours to decide on a model). She made me feel as if I was never a bother since I asked to see several models and asked to test drive them as well. She was very understanding of my situation and did the best she could do to help me. I’m completely satisfied with my Nissan Sentra 2019 model! Berenice and all the staff are amazing! New Maxima- new chapter We had our Altima for 10 years to the day. And it was down to her last breathe so we came here to Fontana Nissan to look for our next family car. Shelly was so wonderful to us, Alex and Shelly were very accommodating and considerate of our needs: price, expectations etc for our new car. And we had just came from other Dealerships. A great environment, not pushy or pressuring. It was bitter sweet for us bec that Altima took my son to kinder, and my daughter to kinder. They're now 10 and 14. Were a military family so all the memories, good, sad, and some bad (reality) were with that car. We will now begin memories with our new maxima! Its actually bringing my son to his first DAY OF HIGH SCHOOL. THANK YOU NISSAN FONTANA! ? More
