Nice and Friendly Staff I was in the market for a diesel truck and shopped at several Nissan dealers before landing on Fontana. I spoke with Danny online and discussed pricin I was in the market for a diesel truck and shopped at several Nissan dealers before landing on Fontana. I spoke with Danny online and discussed pricing and availability before agreeing to come down and taking a look at the 2 that I had my eye on. Danny introduced me to Issa who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to all of my questions. The very first thing he did was pulled the 2 vehicles that I was interested in and placed them side by side so I can easily do a comparison. We then went on a nice lengthy test drive where I was able to determine that the Titan XD was the right truck for me. We were able to come to a deal the next day and Issa even came in on his day off to finish the deal. I am incredibly happy with my truck and the great price I got it at. Not to mention that Issa was a very kind a helpful salesman. I never felt pressured into buying and the experience with him was quite pleasant. I admit I was a little arrogant at times during the negotiation but Issa held a very cool and calm attitude. I even walked out the first day because I wanted to take a look at a different truck at another dealer. Danny called me the next day and was able to get me to come back in. They wanted to make sure I got the truck I wanted. Dealers need more sales staff with an approach like the one I got from Issa. More

Another Nissan For Me So while I was waiting for service to be completed on my 2014 Altima, I took a walk around the car lot. Guillermo came out to greet me, I explained wh So while I was waiting for service to be completed on my 2014 Altima, I took a walk around the car lot. Guillermo came out to greet me, I explained why I was there and he asked if I was interested in getting a new car? My answer at first was no... But as we continued to talk and I had time to kill he offered me a test drive on the new Nissan Kicks.... I figured why not, I wasn’t going anywhere... That was a cool little car but not really what I wanted, He recommended the 2018 Altima, since I already owned a Altima I felt why not take a look, it felt very familiar and comfortable! I still wasn’t really in the market for a new car, again I had time to kill so why not! He offered to have numbers ran for me just to see if it was something that fit my budget... All the while there was never any pressure, Guillermo repeatedly told me it’s up to you! After the hour or so I spent with him he felt more like a friend than a guy trying to sell me a car. He stayed with me through the whole process my one issue was I really wanted to lower my current car payment and when the numbers came in they did just that! All I had was my trade in, I had no additional money to put down on a new car... They were able to lower my monthly payment with no down payment, and of course I said yes to a brand new car! I loved my 2014 Altima but I had to let her go for a new one. This is now my fourth car from Fontana Nissan! I continue to come here because the service from the shuttle driver to front office is top notch! And their vehicles are reliable, stylish and comfortable! I can’t remember all your names but to everyone who came and simply said how are you today? Thank you for a relaxed experience in buying a car I didn’t know I wanted! More
