We decided to take a trip to Fontana Nissan after a frustrating 4 hours at the Toyota dealer. We arrived with the expectation our experience at Fontana Nissan would be the same as Toyota. We were given time to look around and were not pressured to look at vehicles we were not interested in. Sam our Salesman lead us to exactly what we were looking for. He did not pressure me to look at vehicles with features I knew I wouldn't use as well as vehicles that were out of my price range. After test driving the Pathfinder I knew it was a truck I would enjoy driving. We were brought into the showroom to discuss the price. Fontana Nissan stands behind their bottom line pricing and were able to give me a price I was comfortable and happy with. After we agreed on a payment I was comfortable with. We went to finance were we met Syed. He explained everything to us clearly and actually made it fun. I highly recommend Fontana Nissan. Sam and Syed are awesome!!! More

i recently came by to look for a car. i was just looking but at the same time i was worried that someone was going to come and bug me like all the other dealerships. Enter robert. he immediately greeted but at the same time i was worried that someone was going to come and bug me like all the other dealerships. Enter robert. he immediately greeted me with a bottle of water, then a friendly hand shake. I told him i was just looking, and he said no problem look around and if i have any questions he would be near to answer them. so after looking for about 10 minutes i came across a couple cars i had questions about and he answered all of them. then came the test drive. at first i was thinking maybe i could go on the test drive and leave him on the freeway, but those hopes were ruined when he asked to make a copy of my drivers license. haha im just kidding. i wasnt going to leave him on the freeway (wink). test drive was great and robert then escorted me inside. he showed me this "wall of shame". i almnost laughed out loud. looking at those prices the other dealers were charging for a versa was rediculous. well i then sat down and robert offered me more water and popcorn. after i devoured the bag popcorn, out of no where there were like 20 pizzas in front of me. robert offered me some pizza and said "well if you insist". so i now have a fat belly and a wet whistle (and we hadnt even talked prices yet) then enters a manager. we talk business and before you know it, im shaking hands. i love my car and i have to say the experince was nothing that i expected. robert was a great guy and if you are ever looking for a car, he is the man to see. But I know when I thought I was truly dreaming, when I went to Fontana Nissan and they told me they could help put me in a car. I thought this was a Dream because I auditioned at other dealers and they all turned me down for the part. I went to the dealer and asked for Josh who Looked at me with a blank stare not knowing who I was, Does this guy not watch Movies I thought? But none the less He was more than happy to help and he did just that. He pointed me straight in the direction of Tony Now he's GREAAAAT or was that Tony the Tiger, Well either way I met Tony who was a Very Nice guy, He was very informative about the cars and the warranty's on the vehicles, He made me feel as if a no pressure dealership truly did exist. I also found The level of professionalism outstanding. Now I was a little disappointed to find out I was not the fastest popcorn eater Man did Tony Kill that bag quick,, Popcorn look out save your self..... Then I met the guy I was supposed to Find Joseph Dalton (if thats his real name). I meet with him and he again was an outstanding Gentleman. He also seemed to carry a very Professional Swagger about Himself. He was also Very Knowledgeable about the car buying process and made it easy to not want to go down the street and buy a new pair of roller blades to get to work, Trust me last time coming down the cajon pass on those roller blades was not fun, especially when your legs decide to switch lanes on you to opposite sides of the freeway. (Disclaimer Please do not try this at home or anywhere else for that matter.) He Is a very Good salesman and very friendly. Thanks for everything and thanks for saying Im funny and laughing at my jokes. All my life people have said Im funny but then they say well looks are not everything. I also Meet with Sam Fanous Wow What a Guy...... Thats all I have to say about him... Wait who am I kidding Sam was amazing He was very Funny and Friendly I spent A lot time with him Driving the freeways in the 2012 Nissan Versa, Ok so you really only get about 2 mins on the freeway but it was fun. I thought we were filming Sam and Daniel go to white castle. But I guess that would not have panned out, Because I believe crossing state lines in a vehicle that you haven't paid for yet is considered state wide grand theft. So we just drove back to the dealership and if you forgot because this is so long it is Fontana Nissan. So then we sit Down to negotiate I prepare myself for the battle of wits, Who approaches me but none other than Syed Haider. We stare at each other eye to eye like the dual in the ok coral, I step back 10 paces turn around and prepare to fire and he says wait we are about peace love and our Bottom Line prices. I thought to myself can this be a great dealership all the way through, I quickly found the answer Yes! I have to say I enjoyed this dealership so much, this was a great buying experience. I feel as if we all became friends that day, I also feel like this is not only a amazing place to buy a car but it would also be a amazing place and a amazing group of people to work with. Will you see me employed there you ask......... No If I worked there no one would get any work done with my clowning around and they would not be able to help amazing people like you reading this now in need of a car. If you need a car and have any issues what so ever, I would tell you to visit Fontana Nissan and let them help you purchase your next car. On Sunday I found 2 cars on the internet. I had never been to Fontana Nissan and Lisa was very friendly and knew alot about her cars. She had an appointment so she called Robert Anthony to take us for a been to Fontana Nissan and Lisa was very friendly and knew alot about her cars. She had an appointment so she called Robert Anthony to take us for a test drive in the 2 cars we wanted to check out. Robert was great. Always a smile. He wanted to make sure we were happy. We went for our test drive and compared the differences. So the Murano was the one I chose. Robert was very informative about Nissan's and all the other brands in the lot. He felt that it was a good match, but he took us around the whole lot and checked out all the white cars that had a sunroof and 6-CD changer. Next step was for the price and paymemt. Barry was great with numbers and Robert stayed with us the whole time. He gave us drinks and snacks. It was getting late but Robert did not try to rush us on our decision. Next was finance with Rick. He was very helpful and explained the whole contract. By the time we finished it was 9:30 p.m. a 1/2 hour after they had closed but we were not feeling pressured to leave. Robert went and made sure the car was washed and gas. He helped us empty out our car and get me comfortable in my new Murano. Robert Anthony was outgoing, informative with his products, great personality and always a smile. I would totally recommend Robert Anthony as your sales person at Fontana Nissan. More
