While we were in need of a new car we weren't sure we would be able to afford the one we really liked the Nissan Kicks. Issa showed us around the lot and noticed how much we liked the Kicks. After a test drive we were hooked!!! When it got time to talk payments. My husband and I were a little skeptical if we would be able to afford a nice car. At first the payments were a little out of our budget. Issa was kind enough to show us another that wasn't really our style but better within the price range. After sitting down and talking with him for a few minutes.He really knew were were in love with the Kicks. He partnered up with the finance team and worked out a payment plan that was within our budget for the Kicks. Never once did Issa make my husband or I feel as though we NEEDED this car, we never felt pressured at all. Issa simply saw our need for a new car and really helped us out!! Everyone was super nice we even for you need the general manager and financial managers of the dealership. I felt like a part of the family from the moment we walked into the door!!!
