The worst customer service I ever had from car dealership. Try to get a hold service department wait over ten minutes to talk to someone no one newer so I can back and super rude lady I think name dealership. I explain that I waited for service for ten minutes and she just rude. I get sent parts who send me back to service which I wait and never get. I call back and operator is even ruder. I wait for service for over ten minutes and have to call back to receive more rudeness even told I should come to dealership to talk to service department. I try a couple a couple more times and now they won’t pick up. The customer service from this operator is pathetic and I don’t mind telling as many people how dissatisfied I am over their operator in regards to getting a hold of service department Is. More
