Outstanding Customer Service and Patience After visiting over 7 dealerships in the past several months, I met Casey McKenna and Kevin Vanetta who worked with me (a new 18 year old female buyer After visiting over 7 dealerships in the past several months, I met Casey McKenna and Kevin Vanetta who worked with me (a new 18 year old female buyer) so selflessly for several hours today, giving me full attention at all times. I did not feel for one second like there was anyone else in the dealership that they were more focused on than myself. Casey was friendly, easy to talk to, and worked with what little I had to offer to get me into a brand new 2016 Ford Focus S. I was so impressed with the way they handled my situation, especially with all of the times I have already been turned down. They did not stop until they found a way that worked for my personal needs, and that was so amazing to me. They felt more like good friends than sales people. They were not pushy and didn't rush me (which is the worst thing possible in my opinion), and got the job done in a timely manner. I am so pleased that I was able to purchase a car from this dealership, and work with such amazing individuals. I will definitely be back, as well as many of my friends and relatives. More

Everyone treated us with top notch professionalism and genuine courtesy. There was no sales pressure. Our agent (Andy Diestra) listened carefully to our concerns, and helped us make a terrific selection which met and even exceeded our needs and expectations. The sales manager (Kevin Vanetta) offered us a fair lease price, and the finance manager (Ed Armendariz) helped us negotiate all the documentation required. We just completed our first road trip to San Francisco, and the vehicle performed perfectly. We will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and associates. More

Fastest purchase ever! So I had done all the leg work and research before I reached out to the internet sales. I used the feature on the dealer site to send a cash offer. It was on a Sunday and i got an immediate response letting me know that I would get a call the next day. And I did! Carlos let me know that they could work in my budget and make it happen in my time frame. With that being said all I had to do was show and inspect the vehicle and pay for it. This is the same thing my wife had to do but at another dealer. She went through a 4-5 hour ordeal that frankly I wouldn't have stayed for. But my experience was far different. I made my offer. They accepted it and I was off to Scott to pay for it. He was great and after only 2 hours of me being in the dealership I was leaving in my car! Thanks guys I will be back. More

I do not like dealerships in general, HOWEVER, Carlos makes the car buying experience simple AND pleasant. He takes the time to listen to his customers and tend to their wishes and needs. You don't feel like you are being "held hostage" while they play the "number game" I feel like my time is respected and I never feel as though I am being talked into something to simply make a "sale". I have referred others who recieved the same respectful attention and service from him. He sells a great product, I ? FORD. But his customer service is what brings me back to Ford Country. When I reached the finance department Ed Armindariz was patient and explained another finance option to me that I was interested in even though it was closing time and the deal was already complete. I intend to continue to refer my friends and family. More
