I do not like dealerships in general, HOWEVER, Carlos makes the c This is my 3rd purchase through Ford Country. 2nd purchase from Carlos Escamilla. I do not like dealerships in general, HOWEVER, Carlos makes the car buying experience simple AND pleasant. He takes the time to listen to his customers and tend to their wishes and needs. You don't feel like you are being "held hostage" while they play the "number game" I feel like my time is respected and I never feel as though I am being talked into something to simply make a "sale". I have referred others who recieved the same respectful attention and service from him. He sells a great product, I ? FORD. But his customer service is what brings me back to Ford Country. When I reached the finance department Ed Armindariz was patient and explained another finance option to me that I was interested in even though it was closing time and the deal was already complete. I intend to continue to refer my friends and family. More

Amazing experience! My day with ford country was absolutely amazing. I was looking online for a used Ford Focus and frank Luciano got in touch with me. What i loved the m My day with ford country was absolutely amazing. I was looking online for a used Ford Focus and frank Luciano got in touch with me. What i loved the most about him was his honesty. I never felt pressured in any way and the day was really easy going. Not your typical dealership. After test driving it and running my credit, things weren't looking so good for me. But Ford was there for me. Chris stepped in and found a way to get me into a brand new Ford Focus. I couldn't believe it. Every one was so kind to me. The service in EVERY way was outstanding. I always had a smile on my face and felt very at ease. Scott in finance even made signing all the paperwork a good time! I never knew buying a new car would be so much fun! I honestly can't wait to pay this one off so I can come back and visit to get my next car from Ford Country! More

2015 ford truck, K haas , salesman frank.. Learned not to buy truck at night. Brought in for doors not lined up .they had to drive it 32 miles round trip to the body shop. Was told nothing wrong with it ,sent back , ford country calls over to body shop with sent pictures of miss alignement .. (Good body shop leader over there.....) back over to body shop , 32 more miles round trip. Does ford country replace gas spent on trips????? No..... After wanting to wax truck having a month.. I get up in bed of truck and see a nicks of paint on top of cab with different levels of paint. (Ask to see photos if you wish...) probably had to be caused at factory paint line...(Good quality control.). Back over to body shop for a couple a weeks ... 32 more miles put on truck round trip... Was gas put in buy ford country for another trip?? NO...called a few weeks later that truck was ready , went to pick it up and there was gummy substance on back corners of rear cab that took ford country helper to clean off.. Took him every bit 10-15 minutes with a chemical. .. Do people now have to stand up in the bed of a truck to check for a truck they might buy? Refer back to the good quality control whether it be at the factory or the dealer... I asked other men in my neighborhood that have newer trucks if they stood up in back of bed to check things over, and they all said no....so i guess i did not do the wrong thing...Have not owned a ford for over 20 years and thought .... hey why not give one a try.. What do think my review should be?... More

Randy took me to see the truck, went over every aspect of the truck in detail. He negotiated the best deal he could get and had me meet Chris the manager. Everyone was very kind, and ultimately made the deal work. They truly worked w me on every step to ensure I received the deal I wanted. Sam the finance guy went over the fine print in detail.
