Great People My wife and I looked at several different dealerships of several different makes including a few different Ford dealerships. We were so happy to have My wife and I looked at several different dealerships of several different makes including a few different Ford dealerships. We were so happy to have stopped by Ford Country. After a few weeks and dealing with several sales people in the end we purchased with Ford Country because of the great people there. We had the pleasure of getting the assistance of Andy Diestra who was a gentleman and considered our wants and needs through the whole process. He was not a pushy salesman trying to push cars out. Andy and his team were quick and considerate with answers and hospitality. When Andy was working to get us what we were requesting we also were helped by Kevin Schwan who was there to make sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we may have had. From the show floor with Andy Diestra and Kevin Schwan, to numbers with Kevin Vanetta , to filling out paperwork and signing with Ed Armendariz, it was a great experience! Everyone was amazing answering questions and explaining details. I plan on making another purchase within the next year. This time I won't have to search dealerships because I know I going to Ford Country! More

Mr.Vanetta misquoted very material figures to me...... a huge oversight(?) on his part which worked to his advantage.....that's the very generous interpretation of things. In short,I came away with the contiued belief in the stereotype of the car salesman as a shifty,cynical,dishonorable fellow. More

Perfect Service As people in the service industry, my husband and I have limited normal business hours that we're both able to shop for a car at the same time. We wen As people in the service industry, my husband and I have limited normal business hours that we're both able to shop for a car at the same time. We went into this dealership with 1 1/2 hours until close, and they never rushed or pushed us to make a choice. We decided on the 2016 Ford Fusion with the upgraded engine, and even though technical business hours were over, the team working with us let us take ample time to talk about color, interior, upgrades, ect. We never felt a push to hurry up and decide. We got offered a better deal than we thought we'd get, and we're excited to drive our car home! We've already sent 3 friends to Ford Country! More

Outstanding Car Buying Experience I have been shopping and purchasing cars and trucks for 54 years all around the country, and without a doubt I have experienced the very best buying o I have been shopping and purchasing cars and trucks for 54 years all around the country, and without a doubt I have experienced the very best buying of a car at Ford Country. Recently I purchased a 2014 Certified Ford Focus at Ford Country after spending several days covering numerous car lots and dealerships throughout Las Vegas and Henderson Nevada. Upon arrival at Ford Country, I was greeted at the dealership by a Salesperson (Andy Diestra), who introduced himself and took on a tour of the car lot and found the exact car with color and accessories I was looking for at the right price. We took a test drive as he explained various advantages and information about the Focus. Andy was extremely knowledgeable about this Ford product and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Andy sold the Ford Focus. We returned to the showroom floor where I was introduced to Kevin Vanetta who handled the financing process to fit my needs in a most expedious manner. Within three hours I had visited the lot, test drove the car I had selected, and signed all documents. Andy then took on a complete explanation of all accessories within and outside the Certified Ford Focus that I had just purchased, to include setting my phone up on the blue tooth. Andy Diestra is an outstanding salesperson and a credit to Ford Country. Since my purchase I have received several letter by e-mail and phone call from Andy thanking me for my purchase and inviting me to call or stop by if I needed any assistance with or issues with the car. I would highly recommend Ford Country to anyone considering the purchase of a car or truck. Thank you Ford Country for your excellent sales and support team. More
