Purchase Experience Generally, my overall experience was good. Purchase price on the used F150 was agreed upon quickly. However, I then had to wait for over one hour to Generally, my overall experience was good. Purchase price on the used F150 was agreed upon quickly. However, I then had to wait for over one hour to see the finance person. That long of a wait seems unreasonable to me. After a couple of days of ownership, I discovered that one of the key fob remotes did not work - even with new batteries. In addition, I was unable to find the door access code for the remote entry feature. I contacted my salesman John Macinnis who immediately said he would take care of it when I came in to pick up my "green slip" True to his word, when I arrived a few days later he provided me with a replacement key fob and the door code in a matter of minutes. Great experience This is our 3 rd Ford and we finally "got it right"..... I am handicapped walk with Cane and use a mobility scooter.........Sherrie Anderson did such This is our 3 rd Ford and we finally "got it right"..... I am handicapped walk with Cane and use a mobility scooter.........Sherrie Anderson did such a wonderful job listening to our wants and specific needs in buying the exact car that is perfect for us.......the Tansit Conduct Van is wonderful! It is very roomy with a large area for your feet and legs......we love the comfortable, roomy leather seats......We love the wide visibility, the ease in which I can sit down and get up from the car........we love the " airy open feeling".........the large visitors ( for blocking the sun).... Which is a must when you live in Las Vegas.......also my scooter fits nicely in the back....and because it is lower to the ground, much easier for my husband to load and unload. I don't understand why we don't see more of these on the road.......a great choice for anyone who is physically handicapped! Sherrie is a really super, kind and caring sales person.....she goes over and beyond what the average sales person does.........we hope you value her as employee............we think she deserves a raise!
