The dealer I was working with was named Don Kot. He is kind, funny and worked so hard for us so that I could get a car that night. After hours of working with us we finally got a deal that was amazing for a first time buyer working 2 part time jobs. Come to my surprise I was able to trade in my old rust bucket of a car and drive out with a new 2015 Ford Fiesta, I was ecstatic. Thank you Don Kot and Ford country for your amazing help. More

Just the facts It seems that the actions of a few are raising the standards of the many when it comes to the car purchasing experience. Peruse the internet for just a few minutes on the subject of Car buying and horror story after horror story unfolds. This was NOT however how my family experienced Ford Country at the Valley Auto Mall in Henderson. Between my wife and I, we had visited 8 (Eight) different dealerships, made in excess of 10 phone calls to unique lenders and dealerships (our credit is challenged) and almost given up on purchasing a second car. Then we called Eric Grant at Ford Country and later in the day visited the dealership. Eric was fantastic! Really fantastic actually (and just to reiterate... I'm talking about a car salesman here) Eric got us into EXACTLY the car we wanted, got the price to EXACTLY where we needed to be and here is the real kicker... two months later... I'm still smiling! There is no doubt in my mind that I will go back to Eric at Ford Country for every car purchase I make in the future (Or as long as I live in Las Vegas)! Being treated with respect and understanding should be a minimum when purchasing high dollar items, but you would be surprised how seldom that happens... At Ford Country however! I never felt pressured, my five year old daughters were made very comfortable with snacks and cartoons on TV, while my wife and I had all our questions answered honestly and with no sugar coating. In summary, I'm very happy with my new car, very happy with the service that I received from Ford Country and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone seriously looking to buy a car. -- More
