I searched the internet, came to the dealership to view what I had found, and then brought my wife to see the "Escape" I had looked at. I was greeted by Rick Kleinota, but also worked with Ron Tesar. Both men were helpful, but were not pushy like other dealerships. After the test drive and multiple questions, we decided to proceed with the purchase. We worked with multiple people and every one of them was extremely courteous and loyal to their employer. This was a nice change. Thank you to everyone we had contact with. More

Ron spent a great deal of time explaining differences between vehicle types, and ultimately obtained a Focus Hatchback with every option that we wanted. The transaction was smooth, expedient and very professional. We indicated we real wanted to do business locally with Flammer, and Russ Silverstone worked with us on the trade-in and pricing of the new vehicle, Dave Donovan wrapped up the paperwork complete with new insurance cards, and Jeff Miner reviewed all the electronics operations. All we had to do was enjoy driving our new vehicle home. Excellent experience! More

Both he and his colleagues were exemplary in guiding us through the purchase and registration process of the vehicle we chose, from start to finish. We were able to drive in with our old vehicle and leave in our lovely previously owned one. OK for average maintenance The people are friendly. They do a good ob on routine maintenance. I had a problem with a filter that they replaced under the dashboard. When I brought it back for them to fix, they not only didn't fix it, they said they couldn't even hear it, despite my hearing it as I drove out of the service area. Brought it to another dealership who heard it and fixed it. More
