Having said that let me tell you about the team at flammer,I'll start with salesman Mr.Steve Duffy who i have dealt with many times when i need a car.When i arrive at the dealership its like visiting old friends and im at ease,i never feel pressured at any time during my time there.which is not the case at other dealers. Best Price Great Customer Service I live in Odessa Florida and I compared prices by internet and in person. This review is only for a leased 2016 Mustang. I went to Elder Ford in perso I live in Odessa Florida and I compared prices by internet and in person. This review is only for a leased 2016 Mustang. I went to Elder Ford in person and the salesman let me test drive a car, made me wait a substantial amount of time and then proceeded to quote me the highest price per month of any dealership. Brandon Ford had some of the best prices for an outright purchase of a Mustang; but, the 2nd highest price quote for a leased Mustang. I personally went to Bill Currie Ford and they offered me the price I was looking for; but, the highest finance interest rate, putting them in 3rd place. Walker Ford came in 2nd place (note I am already leasing a 2014 Mustang from that dealership). Flammer Ford offered me the price that my leasing platform said that I could expect and when I drove the 45 minutes to their Dealership, they unquestionably accepted that price. Their salesman was courteous and I drove away in my new Mustang in an envious lack of waiting. I've purchased a car every 2 years for the last 15 years and this was the best experience I've ever had. As luck would have it, Bill Schweibert, sales, came out and recommended we just take a look at the 2016's to check out the differences between the 2013 and 2016 vehicles.. We told him what we really would like was a black Focus., Bill said they had just gotten a 2016 black Focus in with light interior, which we really liked. We decided to test drive it and afterward, just for fun, we wanted to know what it would take to purchase the 2016 Focus. Bill was straight-up, no-nonsense and gave us the bottom line right off the bat. No haggling, no games. We couldn't walk away from the deal. Buying a car from Bill was great. We recommend you ask for him if you drive into Flammer Ford. You won't be disappointed. Our experience was excellent. More

Those "internet sales dudes" were great! Art "Gunny" and Nate work together with internet sales and were fabulous! We had internet contact in the morning and I was driving my new car off the Art "Gunny" and Nate work together with internet sales and were fabulous! We had internet contact in the morning and I was driving my new car off the lot by 4:30p that afternoon. When I arrived and both of them were with other customers a manager brought the remote to the car I was interested in and said "why don't you take it for a spin" and told me to take my time test driving it. Dave the finance guy was efficient and polite even though he was not feeling well in this "cold and flu" season offering me a squirt of Purell upon entering and leaving his office. I previously had purchased a used car for my son with Art so felt very comfortable shopping with Flammer Ford a second time. Great job guys...keep up the good work! More
