Had a rough start, had to wait for loaner. We have a 2023 Bronco Sport that was making a noise every time the brakes were applied. Once the loaner was available, the dealership was amazing. Turned out that we had a bad drum from the factory and it needed to replaced. It took three days, because the replacement was also damaged. We received daily updates from the service department. We dropped off on a Monday and picked up our car on that Friday. The noise has gone, and they also fixed a flaw in the computer. Each time the car was started the radio would come on, it was frustrating. Everything was taken care of. More
