Went in a few days ago for a recall from Ford. Was also having an issue with the drivers side mirror control. Took the SUV in when they called to advise they had the part for the recall. The recall was done the day we took the vehicle in for repair. They advised the part for the mirror would take a few days to receive. Given the option to pickup the vehicle or bring it back. Opted to leave until the following Monday. Received a call on Tuesday that the vehicle was done. So far, so good. Mirror works fine now. Everyone could not have been more pleasant. Most importantly we were advised of timelines and called promptly if anything changed. More
