Do not purchase a used vehicle from Johnny Vu (Sales) or Adam Taylor (GM). Especially if you live out of town. I recently purchased a M550i that was amazing on the test drive, but a week later the brakes started not feeling right and making an incredible amount of noise not normal even on high-performance BMWs. They stopped all communication and went radio silent on me, meanwhile sending me their maintenance program emails to sign up for that I do not need living out of state. I texted, I called, I emailed, and no help or support. How do you treat a recent customer that way? I was out $1650 for new front rotors and pads and refused to even respond to me, all despite being super communicative during the Sales price. Just shady. Buyer beware! More

I brought in my Ford Edge 2022, transmission, and our Ford Escape 2023, turbo shaft. Both were covered under our warranty, which is great. My issue is the parts were backordered, so the Edge was there fo Ford Escape 2023, turbo shaft. Both were covered under our warranty, which is great. My issue is the parts were backordered, so the Edge was there for 5 weeks and the Escape for 3 weeks. We had to rent some cars because the dealership doesn’t do any loaner vehicles or help with rentals. We submitted all the receipts to the service department (1358 TOTAL) but haven’t heard anything from them. We then emailed the General Manager and not a word from anybody. Customer service leaves something to be desired. More

My fiancé was told she needed to buy gap insurance, then her financial consultant told her no. She has been trying for months now to cancel. She wrote to the co-owner and never heard back. And she is still waiting after doing everything they advised her to do. There is sooo much arm twisting going on here, I know exactly what Carly is saying. They act like they have to get every nickel out of your pocket. Selling a car as is, isn’t enough. We had grinding noise before purchasing, thought it was right tire bearing. They said they would repair it. They drop the car off with the grinding, it was the belt tensioner. Had it fix ourselves. Just beware, they will tell you, your family now. If that’s the case, I’d rather be orphaned. Steer clear of this dealership. More
