The service people, I think we're very professional and they did their job. The service person who writes up your ticket. I think it's overworked, seemed to I want to rush you through I had issues with tir they did their job. The service person who writes up your ticket. I guess he was going to tell me when they brought the car back around. But I saw the one tire, and it should never have been put back on the ground, but they had already remounted on the car. Saw that they were not doing as I asked and went to talk to the service writer and then he informed me and showed me the pictures of the tires and of course I purchased new tires. Would he have told me about the tire or not? Makes me wonder More

I bought the vehicle on line put a down payment on it and was going to have it delivered. The first week never heard anything the 2nd week they informed me of a broke mirror that needed to be fixed. Week was going to have it delivered. The first week never heard anything the 2nd week they informed me of a broke mirror that needed to be fixed. Week 3 once again never heard anything. Week 4 was informed check engine light was on and it needed repairs. I never got the vehicle even though all paperwork had been completed. Got refunded my down payment. More
