Efficient experience getting service for a recall as well as routine Diesel Works service. The only issue is after tire rotation, truck shakes at 55 mph. Great deal from Ford of Columbia I saw online that they had a really good deal on the car I was looking for. I figured it was one of those online prices where you had to qualify for all rebates. I ca they had a really good deal on the car I was looking for. I figured it was one of those online prices where you had to qualify for all rebates. I called and after talking with Terry, I found it was not and I even qualified for the national rebate. I ended up with a great deal. And even with that deal, when things were not quite right with the paperwork, Steve and Ford of Columbia took care of the accounting issue on their end. Great integrity! Even though I flew there and drove 900 miles back, I would do so again. It will be the first place I look when buying a new Ford. More
