Three hours into our trip to Florida the transmission quit working.Wouldn't go in gear. Lucky for me that it happened in Columbia,TN. Had car towed to Ford of Columbia. I knew which vehicle I wanted prior to arriving to the dealership. There were no games played and very quick process to purchase it. When I received the vehicle as I had it delivered I noticed some scratc dealership. There were no games played and very quick process to purchase it. When I received the vehicle as I had it delivered I noticed some scratches in rear corner bumper that turned out to be there already and the dealership was extremely helpful with that even though my fault and are even having a paint pen delivered to me so i can cover them up professionally. I could not have asked for a better experience for me. Even though they are over a couple of hours from me I will be purchasing my second vehicle through them as well. Keep up the great work. More
