My wife and I traveled over an hour to go see a truck here. The salesman knew we were coming as we talked to him over 8 hours before we got there, but when we arrived he had not pulled the truck up for here. The salesman knew we were coming as we talked to him over 8 hours before we got there, but when we arrived he had not pulled the truck up for us to see- it was a lengthy process for him to go get it. When we took a test drive the truck was on empty so we really couldn't get a good feel for the truck. Then, when we were sitting at his desk talking about the truck another salesman came up and started talking to him about someone else who wanted to buy the truck we were looking at. His exact words were "what's the deal with the people looking at the RAM? Are they going to get it or not?" And we were sitting right there! Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. We left and found our truck in a place that valued us and their other customers. Very disappointed in how they lived up to the car salesman pressure tactic reputation. More
