Great No Appointment Service I really like Ford Lincoln of Cookeville's no appointment service. I needed a routine service for my 2015 F-150, and just drove up to the door with no I really like Ford Lincoln of Cookeville's no appointment service. I needed a routine service for my 2015 F-150, and just drove up to the door with no call ahead or anything. Casey Loftis did a great job of getting me in immediately and writing up my service ticket. He said it would be about an hour and a half before it was finished, but he managed to squeeze me into a break in one of the technician's schedules, and it was done in less than half that time. Hats off to Casey and his good work. More

The service was great and working with Xaiver was a pleasure. He listened to my concerns and worked hard to get them resolved. The reason for a 3 star is because Xaiver sent in pictures of my driver si pleasure. He listened to my concerns and worked hard to get them resolved. The reason for a 3 star is because Xaiver sent in pictures of my driver side seat to the warranty department to see if the repair would be covered and I have not heard back in days. I am assuming the warranty department has not got back with Xaiver. More
