Pleasantly Surprised I know the typical stigma around buying a car, however let me assure you, this dealership is far from that. I live 3-hours from this dealership. Found I know the typical stigma around buying a car, however let me assure you, this dealership is far from that. I live 3-hours from this dealership. Found a vehicle online & sent in an inquiry. Immediate response. Arranged an appt to look at it the next morning. Got up the next morning & made the 3-Hr drive. When we arrived at 10:45am, we were greeted with smiles & handshakes. And the car we were on interested in, was parked front & center. The negotiations took less than a 1/2 hour & the buying process took less than an hour & a half, start to finish. It was easy, effortless & the quickest transaction we have ever had. It was a great experience & Jay Chapman was a great sales associate. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Worst vehicle and service I have ever had Bought a Ford Expedition the day they delivered it I drove it transmission went out they fixed it. Then it had a ton more issues back up camera went out etc told it wasn’t covered under warranty after throwing a fit they finally paid and fixed it still a nightmare vehicle still has problems and their employees are horrible xxxxxx to say the least after so many problems they were gonna help me get rid of it yeah right they ended up saying how much can you put down or raise your payment umm none you sold me a lemon and you knew it so asked about them just fixing the issues was told we have done more than enough for you please leave needless to say I would like to find the owner and have a good taking with him about his business and employees. Never have I ever had this problem anywhere else. More
