He explained everything that was going to be done to my car before it was done and then reviewed with me after the service what had been done and why. Eric also went out of his way to have a representative from the body shop give me a quote for minor repair work so I didn’t have to come back in for another appointment. First time Experience I just moved to the area and had to bring my truck in for its 10K service. Everything went smoothly.
