I bought a 2010 Camaro from here and was not made aware of any of the issues it had. Ford has not been helpful in fixing my problem. Unfriendly and rude staff that should not be in customer-facing positions. I dropped my car off after scheduling an appointment a week prior and was told appointments don’t mean anything and I customer-facing positions. I dropped my car off after scheduling an appointment a week prior and was told appointments don’t mean anything and I had to wait as a walk-ins (if I knew this I would’ve just dropped my car off as a walk-in earlier instead of waiting a week). When I dropped my car off I was told it had to be kept overnight (which is fine!) but I was not told this over the phone when I called in. I told them the issue over the phone so I do not know why they didn’t let me know this beforehand, it is a very important piece of information to withhold from the customer. I had to wait 4 days for a diagnosis when I already told the staff that I needed a new purge valve (I read the error code from my car myself at my home) but they did not believe me. Told me diagnosis would take 1-2 days and when I called in after 2 days I was yelled at over the phone saying I was impatient and needed to wait longer. So 4 days later I got the diagnosis and pulled my car out of the shop. Thanks for the diagnosis (which I already knew!) but I would not be giving you my business now or anytime in the future! Getting it fixed elsewhere and telling everyone to stay away. Although from all the 1 star reviews you guys have already, looks like you already have a reputation. More
