My car has been in the shop for more than 2 weeks for a warranty related issue ( the whole rear axle needs to be replaced ), and it will take another 3 weeks for the part to arrive. I ask for a rental and warranty related issue ( the whole rear axle needs to be replaced ), and it will take another 3 weeks for the part to arrive. I ask for a rental and they told me that instead take my car ( with a broken axel) and drive carefully and few miles. This is not counting the other weeks that the truck has been on the dealer of other stuff. This has been the worst experience so far in any dealership when dealing with a warranty issue. More

I used your dealership before and had better services. Brian Horta didn’t ask me for my coupon and I had to review the invoice a couple of times to get the right price. I wanted to check a noise in the suspension and he said they are too busy and I would needed to bring the car and leave it for 3 days to get the diagnosis. I took the car to another mechanic and in 5 minutes told me what it was and fix it in 2 hours. But for this visit I left my car for the oil service and waited to get if ready. I asked for getting the car wash and that was also not an option because I would have to wait couple hours according to Brian. To make the experience worse my car was Parked outside on the middle of a rain storm. I had to get soaked wet in order to get my car. That’s the worst customer service ever. More
