This is the first time we have returned to a dealer and a salesperson. Daryn Turner impressed us during our first purchase with his straight forward low key approach. We returned expecting another great buying experience and Daryn delivered. We never felt rushed or pressured. We didn't have to spend long hours working a deal, the negotiations were quick and easy. During the delivery, Daryn remembered we had a similar car and only went into details for new features. Bruce Boutin is the best car salesmen, EVER! In the last year we have gone to at least 50 dealerships in southern New Hampshire. And none of them can compare to the experience we had at Ford of Londonderry. Bruce Boutin's customer service goes above and beyond from the moment you walk in the door until well after your car purchase. And that makes a huge difference! He did everything he could to help us when it wasn't ideal for us to trade in a car, so when we were in a better position with our trade we knew hands down where we would go. He's a family man and was just so sweet and had lots of tricks to help keep our 1 and a half year old happy and entertained through the car buying process. He gets to know you and your family needs. He made the buying process so simple and painless and pressure free. And once we bought the car his customer service went well beyond expectations when he offered to give me a ride when my car was not ready on the day I thought it would be. This is exactly what buying a car should be like! More

I felt completely comfortable with Bob and was able to be relaxed and have a good time throughout the entire purchasing process. Bob was determined to get me into a safe, affordable vehicle and he was able to help me make it happen and he even helped me sync my phone to the bluetooth system. I can't go without mentioning Roger and Chuck's help as well!!
