Even if it is a negative review it does help us be aware of our problems and make us better as a team. I would like to apologize for the experience you had when you came in. There is absolutely no question that he should have introduced himself properly when you and your boyfriend first walked in. I have no excuses for that and it is inexcusable. I can assure you that this is a rare occurrence. The reason why our Salesman was speaking directly to your boyfriend was that your boyfriend was doing most of the speaking. In no way, was our Salesman trying to be malicious, disrespectful, or be sexist. We did speak with him and let him know that where it is your vehicle, and you are the one buying it, YOU should have been is primary focus.
