Being a female and walking into a dealership is a tough thing to do. I have been to a few places that have attempted to take advantage of me. Not Ford of Londonderry. I needed a simple Oil Change and the tires rotated. They explained everything they were doing to my car in detail and made sure I felt comfortable and was informed with what they were doing. I highly recommend Ford of Londonderry and their Service Department. You will not find a more professional and courteous staff anywhere else. They even have a Female tech. How cool is that!! I shopped around for a Ford FOCUS ST with the options I wanted and found a couple at Ford of Londonderry. I dealt with Raul a few times and alway was greeted with a friendly smile and never was pressured. He gives honest feedback and works a good deal. I bought the car from him with my three children. Always accommodating with my three young kids and even went through the trouble of getting a bottle of touch up paint and dropped the car off at my work place. Awesome experience. The best actually of all 27 car transactions!! Chuck in finance was laid back as well. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

In the last 2 years I've click on their website for email and NEVER got a response. I complained to Ford itself and they apologized and said they'd ensure the dealer would get things straight. Never gotten straight. So, I call instead. Woman asks what my question is...I explain in detail...she transfers me to the wrong department where an aggravated employee sends me to Service. Of course Service didn't know who I was or what my issue was. 3 months ago they called me saying, "We have someone wanting your 2012 Focus!! Come by and we'll take it off your hands!!" I asked, "What if I don't want another car from you?" "Oh, never mind then." SCAM!!!!! Ford Credit told me to call my dealer to set up the post-lease wear and tear inspection. I called Ford of Londonderry and they told me, "We won't do that." I asked Ford Credit if I can turn my car into another dealer at the end of the lease. The woman on the phone said, "I would! No reason for you to go to a dealer with such horrible service." She then found me the next closest dealer. I made a formal complaint to Ford in both a call, email, and a hand written letter. WORSE people I've EVER dealt with!!! Feel free to send me a message on Yelp with any questions because I don't want to see anyone ever enter their doors again. More

completely disrespectful Horrible, awful, worst place to buy a vehicle. Sales person Raul was very rude right away, treating us as if we weren't even able to buy a vehicle. Basically telling us we couldn't afford what we were looking at without even running our credit first. Once we went through the process and purchased a pretty expensive vehicle (which we weren't able to take home that day) when we went to pick it up it wasn't even ready and we were in formed that there was a problem with a check engine light. Raul continued to be smug and treat us without respect. I will never return to this dealership ever again. For people who work on commission you would think they would think of pleasing the customer..... wrong!!!! More
