A couple weeks ago i called Ford of Londonderry to get some info on a couple of cars. I talk to Tom and he was busy but said he would get back to me some some info when he was free. He called me back the next day and gave me a few different ideas and options. I then stopped by the dealership on sunday to look at the vehicle and see Tom. After test driving the vehicle with Tom who was very good and knowledgable with the SUV's options and technology we made a deal with the vehicle. Tom and Dave the sales manager we very professional and helpful. They did what ever it took to take back my lease early and got me out in a new SUV. On the next day when i picked up the SUV Tom spent time with me to go over the car and showed me everything i needed to know on how to you all the services and options. Definitely would have to say dealing with Tom and Londonderry Ford was the best experience i have had in buying a car. Would recommend Londonderry Ford to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

Several years ago I walked into Ford of Londonderry after having several extremely poor experiences with other Ford dealerships in the area. Tom Doyle quickly greeted me and in less than an hour I had taken having several extremely poor experiences with other Ford dealerships in the area. Tom Doyle quickly greeted me and in less than an hour I had taken a brand new F150 for a test drive and agreed upon a price for both the new truck and my trade in. Everything went extremely smooth, and I never felt any pressure to buy the truck. I remember thinking that "this is how car buying should be". Two weeks ago I was back at Ford of Londonderry to purchase my third vehicle from them. Every time I have been there the service has been exactly the same- excellent. I've dealt with Tom for all three of my purchases and he has always shown the utmost professionalism and knowledge about the entire Ford line. In fact every single person who I have dealt with at the dealership in addition to Tom- Jeff, Roger and Chuck, have been great. I highly recommend Ford of Londonderry to anyone who is in the market for a new or used Ford. More

Daryn was very informative on all aspects of the sale, he knew all about he truck we were interested in, from mechanics to technology of the vehicle. Daryn was more than happy to answer questions about the truck days after the sale, we would have no problem going back to Ford of Londonderry and dealing with Daryn again. It was a good experience. As we continued to talk, I felt like I could trust what he had to say, and never felt that car salesman pressure that I have felt at other dealerships. Tom has a strong work ethic and really goes the extra mile to make sure questions are answered, and every detail of your car buying experience is attended to. Even as I drove away, I felt like I could go back any time with any questions about all that technology that was included in the car, no matter how silly. I have my first oil change all set up with service. My insurance agent was called before I left the dealership. I felt like all questions were answered and I was given many opportunities to go over any concerns I may have. There were no "surprises". I felt respected. I just bought a 2014 Ford Mustang GT and it is the second new car I have bought in my life. The first time I bought a car in Albany, NY, the experience was NOT pleasant. This was NOT the case at the Ford of Londonderry dealership. From the moment I showed up, Daryn Turner was very professional and helpful. He was knowledgable about what cars were on the lot and knowledgable of the car itself. There was no pressure to buy the car. I didn't buy the car the first time at the dealership, but I came back the next day to test drive it again and that is when I pulled the trigger. It was raining on that day so I was not able to look over the car with a fine tooth comb like I would like, so I was going to do it when I came to pick up the car. When I showed up to pick up the car, Daryn informed me that he went through the process himself. He showed me that he found a scratch on the front and marks on the fender. He offered right away to take care of the blemishes with no charge. I agreed to this and I was able to drive the car off the lot that day and scheduled an appointment with the body shop. I scheduled the appointment the next week and I was given a loaner car while the mustang was being fixed. I dropped it off Wednesday night per my choice and it was done by Friday end of day. All I had to pay for was the gas for the loaner car which is expected. I would recommend buying from this dealership. More

I was looking for a very economical vehicle, both cost and mpg. I looked a t the Fiesta and went to other Ford Dealerships (Manchestter, NH) pricing not comparable and was not treated with the respect o and mpg. The "other" dealership tried to sell me a vehicle for $2,000 more than it was advertised for on the website!!! Not Ford of Londonderry - very upfront with pricing. I would go back and purchase another vehicle from Ford of Londonderry and Daryn Turner in a heartbeat! More
