Couldn't get me financed as they only offered me $500 for my trade (and it was a Ford). Finance guy doesn't return calls. I did purchase elsewhere, got financed and they gave me $2500 for my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable about all the ford vehicles, and really loves the vehicles he is selling. His enthusiasm made this experience amazing. He took the time to teach me everything I should know about my car, He knew every detail about all the cars. He took me around the dealership and introduced me who I should be speaking to incase I have any problems down the road, and ensure I would not have any hassles. As for financing, I was having a difficult time getting approved. However thanks to Chuck Cote, I didnt have to deal with the headache of it. Chuck went out of his way to locate several other banks for me and got me approved for this vehicle, he was always available when I called countless time to ensure me he was taking care of everything with my insurance company, and the loan and always answered my questions. I am so happy with my experience at Ford of Londonderry. It wasn't like going to a normal dealership, this dealerships is more concerned about satisfying there customer versus selling vehicles! We visited the Ford of Londonderry dealership to view new trucks, see what was selection was in inventory and compare pricing. We had been to 4 other dealerships in the last month (Nissan, GMC, Dodge and Che trucks, see what was selection was in inventory and compare pricing. We had been to 4 other dealerships in the last month (Nissan, GMC, Dodge and Chevy). We were quite impressed with the everything in the dealership - the appearance of the showroom, the staff, the waiting area, the selection of the vehicles. We were particularly impressed with the salesman who helped us, Bob Morrissette. He was not pushy, answered all of our questions and was just a genuinely nice guy. We ended up buying a new Ford F150 - and have been very happy with it! I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family! More

I started looking for a new car in Sept of 2010 and was interested in a Mustang. I contacted Jeff Brunini at Ford of Londonderry and began bombarding him with questions. Jeff answered, or found answers to every question I could come up with, even though I told him I wouldn't be interested in getting a car until spring of 2011. I finally ordered a 2012 Mustang GT late spring of 2011 and Jeff and Jim Nartiff kept me up to date through every step of the cars production process right up until delivery. When the car arrived they did a very thorough exam and found a small defect from the factory and explored several different options to fixing it, and they were 100% dedicated to making sure I was satisfied. My first car buying experience was in 1988, and I have to say, this was by far and away the single best car buying experience of my life. Jeff B and Jim N were exemplary salesman and really made buying a new car a pleasure. More

This was my third time and I found it to be a stress free experience. Everyone was very helpful and knew all about the vehicle I wanted a 2011 Ford Escape. They were straight forward with any questions I had about the vehicle and its price. I drove up from Wilmington Mass. because a friend from work recommended I go to Ford Of Londonderry and ask for Jeff Brunini. I have called a couple of times since purchasing the car with questions and Jeff and guys couldn't be more helpful. I also have an old 97 Ford Explorer which has seen its better days. When that car goes I will not hesitate to go back to Ford Of Londonderry again. More

Jim McGovern, by far, has been one of the most friendly, knowledgable, and straight forward sales men I have ever met! He was beyond helpful in helping me select my knew Ford Edge.
