This is my second vehicle from Ford of Londonderry and when my lease is up next year, I won't hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership. I am treated like a person and not a number every time I step through the door. I can't say enough about the service i receive. I have sent several friends to purchase vehicles from them and not one has ever said a bad word about them. Buying a vehicle isn't always the most pleasant experience, but I can truly say this dealership is extremely fair and honest. The service department is overly accomadating and each time i have had my vehicle serviced, i was able to get an appointment immediately. Overall, just a great experience. More
When I think about buying a new car, the first thing that usually comes to mind is how stressful the situation usually is. Dealing with the sales people, figuring out which car you want, what's the right pri usually comes to mind is how stressful the situation usually is. Dealing with the sales people, figuring out which car you want, what's the right price, haggling with the sales people etc. It's always, if I can be honest, a real pain in the ass, and it's almost never something you lok forward to. However, during my last purchase most of previous opinions have been reversed. Working with ford of Londonderry was to say the least, a very pleasant experience. My wife and I both agreed that we didn't feel pressured, and it was the easiest car purchase that we have ever made by a long-shot! A special thanks to the Londonderry staff and Jeffrey Brunini in particular whom we worked closely with to get this deal done. More
I have been to many dealerships over the years and Ford of Londonderry provided by far the best overall buying experience by far. From the time I walked in and the initial contact with a very pleasant sale of Londonderry provided by far the best overall buying experience by far. From the time I walked in and the initial contact with a very pleasant salesperson, I felt very comfortable that I wasn't being "sold" a vehicle, more so trying to get the right fit, which ended up being a new Ford Edge which my wife loves. I can be skeptical when it comes to any business dealings, but I felt comfortable and at home at Ford of Londonderry. From the initial test drive, and believe me we drove a few, to finally deciding on one, the experience with the rest of the folks down the line was seamless. Getting a nice handshake and meeting with the General Manager of the dealership after the deal was done, doesn't happen everywhere. After a short time with the car, my wife had a self inflicted run in with concrete girder in a parking lot at 5mph, but there was damage to the door and fender and it was only a couple of months old. So I called the dealership and before I knew it she had a car to drive while their auto body shop went to work. In short order the car was complete and you would never know it had any cosmetic damage, looked as nice as when we first got it. So across the board, I can't help but recommend the dealership to friends, knowing they will be fully satisfied. Thanks again to everyone at Ford of Londonderry. Joe LoPilato More

While the dealership itself was more than appealing and provided a great selection, the service provided to me by Mr. Brunini was outstanding. I had done all the research beforehand and during our dealings Mr. Brunini was as up-to-date on everything as I was. It was comforting to know he takes as much pride as the customer themselves in getting his customer into the right vehicle for them. I have since been back for regular maintenance and must also compliment the service department. They are consistently friendly, courtious, and accomodating. As far as I can tell, Michael Colotti and team run a near-flawless service department. More

My overall experience with had been nothing but pleasant and very helpful. I am a property manager in the area and I commute to work, so having my vehicle is extremely important. Anytime I've needed work done on my truck Mike Collotti in the service dept. has taken care of me without fault. All work is done correctly the first time, it's done quickly, and with a good price. When my truck is in the shop, I'm not working and he knows that. He and the service guys at Londonderry Ford have never disappointed. I've yet to purchase a vehicle from Londonderry Ford, but when the time comes for a new truck, you can be sure i'll look there first. I've spoken with Jeff Brunini many times about vehicles they have on lot and I use their rental fleet of vans frequently for different jobs, as well as personally, and you can't beat it. The price is great, and they always have one ready for me. Jeff is always ready and willing to help, and always has the information I'm looking for. Hands down a great team and great operation at Londonderry Ford. Would recommend it to anyone. More
