I have to say it is the best auto dealerships, and service area I've used. There service is so good in fact that when it came to buying a new vehicle I didn't hesitate to purchase my new 2008 Ford Fusion from Londonderry Ford. Just one example of their great service that comes to mind happened a few years ago when I was out of town on travel for a work assignment. My wife was home with our new born son when she noticed a problem with our 2008 Escape. My wife called the service area and brought the Escape in for service after work. Since my car was at the airport this left my wife and new born with no transportation. However, Mike and his team setup my wife with a temporary car, instructed her that the repairs would be complete by the end of the next day and even installed the child car seat into the temporary vehicle (and back into the Escape when the repairs were complete). I really appreciate the help Mike and his team gave my wife. Over the past few years this is the level of service we've come to expect from Londonderry Ford, and is the reason why we keep going back. Lee is more than just a salesman. He is more of friend than just someone trying to sell a new or used car. My 17 year old daughter was in need of a car. I am a single mom and went alone to numerous car dealerships in NH. I felt like every dealership I went to was trying to take advantage of me and every car that I looked at (at least 20) was a piece of junk. The last dealership I went to in manchester actually had me in tears because the car they wanted to sell me actually had a 1 foot rip right on the hood. My Mom referred me to Lee. I called lee and explained that I needed a reliable car for my daughter and told him I had approx $6500 to spend. He told me he would keep his eye out for me and call as soon as he had something he thought I would like. Lee kept his word and called in about 2 weeks saying I think I found it! It was a Rodeo Izuzu in mint condition...Lee actually took it to a garage for me and paid out of his own pocked for the mechanic to look it over. Also this car was stickered at over $7000 which Lee knew was over my budget so without hesitation or me asking, he got the price down to what I had to spend! Never was there any pressure or stress when puchasing this vehicle...Lee made sure I loved the car and still calls once in awhile to see how its running...and it is running great!! Lee is the only one I will purchase any car from in the future and when I hear of anyone looking for a vehicle I will say dont go anywhere else but to see Lee at Ford of Londonderry! I was driving along the road, and spotted Ford of Londonderry from the main street. It caught my attention from the beginning. When I pulled up, not one hassled me. I had gone to a muffler shop to have my State Insp. done, they told me my brakes were wearing unevenly, that I needed a full rear brake job for over $500. I have purchased four cars from this dealership and the customer service is consistently outstanding. I have worked with the same sales person and they make me feel like a valued customer each and every time I come to the dealership. I feel very comfortable following up with questions (usually something to do with the high-tech systems in my vehicles) and always receive a patient and thorough answer. I think the service department is also great, very accomodating and friendly. I get my oil changed, tires rotated and the occassional repair, all with great satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle! More

Our experience at Ford of Londonderry was fantastic. My wife and 2 young daughters 8 & 5 visited twice to look for a New explorer and both times all the staff was great. With young children it can sometimes been trying but the staff, Jeff and Chuck were great. They offered snacks and drinks for the kids, got them balloons and diverted there time with crayons and coloring books. I cant say how family friendly they were. Additionally, sales process was no pressure when we returned to purchase. Also upon delivery Jeff spent all the time needed to show us all the explorer's feature including setting up my wife's cell phone with the sync system. Good job I will come back and recommend anyone else too. More
