I have purchased four cars from this dealership and the customer service is consistently outstanding. I have always been greeted by multiple people on the sales team in a friendly manner, like seeing neig customer service is consistently outstanding. I have worked with the same sales person and they make me feel like a valued customer each and every time I come to the dealership. I feel very comfortable following up with questions (usually something to do with the high-tech systems in my vehicles) and always receive a patient and thorough answer. I think the service department is also great, very accomodating and friendly. I get my oil changed, tires rotated and the occassional repair, all with great satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle! More

Our experience at Ford of Londonderry was fantastic. My wife and 2 young daughters 8 & 5 visited twice to look for a New explorer and both times all the staff was great. With young children it can sometimes been trying but the staff, Jeff and Chuck were great. They offered snacks and drinks for the kids, got them balloons and diverted there time with crayons and coloring books. I cant say how family friendly they were. Additionally, sales process was no pressure when we returned to purchase. Also upon delivery Jeff spent all the time needed to show us all the explorer's feature including setting up my wife's cell phone with the sync system. Good job I will come back and recommend anyone else too. More

The online team was outstanding with their informative timely responses. They actually talked me into buying the higher priced vehicle. Very positive experience with Ford of londonderry. This is the 3rd Ford truck I have purchased in the area, but the first purchased from Ford of Londonderry. Jim did a great job helping me though the buying process, all the trucks I wanted to look at, he went and got without any hesitationa and we test drove them. Roger was also very pleasent to work with and a respectful negotiater when it came time to work out a price. Chuck was excellant at working through the financial aspect and paperwork. What normally takes 30mim -1hr went by in a matter of 5min. Overall I was very impressed with this dealership and its staff. I wouldnt hesitate to reccomend it to a friend/family memebr and look forward to doing buisness here again. More

When I first spoke with Al he was very curtious and professional. He responded to my offer ASAP. I made a counter offer and he again responded ASAP with an agreement. He explained I should put down money to hold the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was right out front, clean and ready to go. He took almost 2 hours to go through the car with myself and my wife. He was very patient with all of our questions and new that car in and out. He would not let us leave if we had any questions and let us know we can call him with any questions or concerns we may have when we get home. We will and already have recommended this dealership to friends and family. I also have to add that the financing department went above the call of duty getting me the best financing I could possibly find with no hassle involved. The sales manager took care of everything behind the scenes very professionaly. Also when we first arrived we were greated like they personally knew us even though we never met in person yet because they helped mw do everything online. We can't say enough about this dealership. Let me start by saying Tom was wonderful. This was my daughters first brand new car. He took the time to go over the majority of the features (it was freezing that night!) with myself and my daughter. He daughters first brand new car. He was very patient (had a bunch of questions) making sure we never felt comfortable and not a bother. My daughter can be a little impatient as most 19 year old girls can be. I never felt pushed and belittled (even when I showed the pricing from another dealer). He let me leave that night with my promise that I'd be back after my follow up with the other dealer. When I called to have the car placed on hold the next day I made it clear he was who I'd begun to work with and who I wanted to finish making this purchase with. Together we managed to get everything squared away so my daughter could drive it to work that night. I would (and have) recommended Londonderry Ford and Tom to friends looking to purchase soon while planning to return when the time comes to look at a car for my other daughter to use.
