Worst experience in my life put down $6000 didn’t go to my loan was not supposed to be my name. I was supposed to be cosigner put in my name to get the loan supposed to have a tire coverage. I brought my 2020 car with 14k miles under extended warranty in with a broken gauge cluster. The car returned to my house after 3 days with it still broken. After over 2 weeks of it sitting unable to d warranty in with a broken gauge cluster. The car returned to my house after 3 days with it still broken. After over 2 weeks of it sitting unable to drive, I now get the response they are unable to fix the problem. The only reason I gave a 2 is because they gave me 2 new tires due to my warranty, but didn’t cover the wheels that are also damaged. Thanks for not making this an easy process. Good thing I have other Ford dealers that are closer to my house that will now get my business. More
