I did not feel the same confidence this time that I have on previous service calls. The advisor dismissed one of my concerns, said there wasn’t time to discuss it. The service was good, but was folded that my 2019 F150 needed brakes. Thought that was odd and had a second opinion by a certified auto repair shop. My suspection was correct.
