It had nothing to do with my previous lender. It had everything to do with how long it took for you to pay for the truck. It was obvious you waited until you sold my truck and someone else paid for it and then you processed it. Not cool.

That is not how we process payoffs. The payoff is processed as soon as the initial deal is completed. This reduces the time it takes to payoff the lien against the vehicle, so that we can secure a title. We would not be able to sell it without clearing the lien first. We would be more than happy to provide you with a detailed timeline of when the check was sent to your lien holder.
