We have been dealing with Port Richey Ford for about 7 years. Steve Wollak has been our Service Advisor and he has given us excellent care. When out of town, after the car being serviced 3 times, we arrived safely 500 miles from home. The next day, when attempting to drive to see family, the brakes would not allow the car to accelerate, puttin we arrived safely 500 miles from home. The next day, when attempting to drive to see family, the brakes would not allow the car to accelerate, putting us in a extremely difficult position. When calling your dealership, we were told to call the dealership in Pensacola where we were staying. That dealership suggested, 1-leaving the car with them , until it could be serviced sometime in September, or 2-shipping the car back to your dealership. We had no car, no way to get home and no person seemed to care, or offer as to what could be wrong. We too the car 2 blocks to a small town mechanic, who fixed the problem, and we had it back in perfect condition in 1 1/2 hours. The charge was $137.00, and we left as he was shaking his head, not believing the experience FORD had put us through. Never will we recommend your dealership! More
