Was in a bind traveling thru the area when the check engine light came on in my F350. My service advisor Steve saw me the next morning, hooked me up with a loaner for the day and by the end of the day engine light came on in my F350. I bought the Ford Raptor that I wanted but had to pay a $15,000 mark up Fee from the dealership as well as a $2200 package that I didn’t want. Ultimately I love the truck but cannot believe Ford is lettin $15,000 mark up Fee from the dealership as well as a $2200 package that I didn’t want. Ultimately I love the truck but cannot believe Ford is letting dealerships mark up these vehicles that much. Great dealership and nice people. But these prices are terrible. I bought another Raptor at MSRP at Ken Stoepel Ford and will always do business since they value the customers over profits. More
