I was presented with a dealership made window sticker, and paid over $10,000 more than the vehicle was advertised for online. I guess that's partly my fault for not doing my research, but I am a loyal ford customer, and trust, a little too much sometimes. I received a few calls, after the purchase, asking about my experience, but nobody seemed to care much, about what I had to tell them. More

Terry Patterson treated me like a child with his condescending attitude. I bought my $80,000 truck there and scheduled an oil change and while doing so I told the rep that I had a coupon. Terry came and got me after the service was completed. He gave me the bill and directed me to the cashier. The cashier gave me the amount and I reminder her that I had their coupon. She went and got Terry who came in a read me the riot act saying that I needed to present the coupon upon arrival and that I was lucky he wasn’t going to charge me full price.
