We visited the dealership on April 23, 2021, with a mailing that was had received. We worked with AB in looking at a new F-150 with more towing capacity. Our 2014 F-150 just didn't have enough capacity mailing that was had received. We worked with AB in looking at a new F-150 with more towing capacity. Our 2014 F-150 just didn't have enough capacity to pull a larger travel trailer. AB, Ammar, and Sammy were all instrumental in making sure that we received the best deal possible. Ammar and Sammy were attentive to what we wanted and worked to get us the perfect deal on our new truck. We did haggle back and forth a few times to receive an acceptable trade-in value and then completed the deal. AB was patient and made sure we were satisfied with the deal provided. We were also super impressed that AB followed us home and helped to unload the bed of our trade-in. Now that's going above and beyond!! We can't say enough good things about this transaction! Sammy was amazing during the signing of the paperwork and kept us laughing the entire time. We are extremely happy with our purchase and just love our new F-150. Still learning all the bells and whistles on this new beauty! AB has reached out via text to find out how the truck is doing and how we are liking it.
