This was not clearly explained online. The process took several hours and the pricing was confusing. Although I eventually purchased the vehicle, the experience was frustrating and not transparent. The reason for our visit was to look at a 2024 Ford Mach e that was listed for sale. The quickly located the vehicle, facilitated a test drive, and answered all questions asked. It was actually an enjoyable / stress free experience. It took very little time to successfully negotiate an excellent deal. Once everything was agreed upon, the car was prepped and we were in an out of financing in a very short amount of time. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. More
