The $19. 95 oil change special cost $37.00. It took 5 hours. I arrived 15 minutes before my 1pm appointment and my car wasn’t ready until 6. Dustin told me 95 oil change special cost $37.00. It took 5 hours. I arrived 15 minutes before my 1pm appointment and my car wasn’t ready until 6. Dustin told me my oil plug was leaking which I had no leak when I arrived however he said they would replace it for free. Then when I complained about the $17 in taxes etc. he said he gave me the oil plug for free and that it was going to come out of his paycheck. I purchased my car from here and have had service in the past. I was very disappointed with the unreasonable difference in advertised price and the length of time it took to complete and the rudeness of Dustin. When trying to get an explanation of why as he stated I was charged an additional $17 in taxes and “shop fees”. Looking a previous receipt this has never happened before. I will not use your service department for my needed again. More
