We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to look at the inventory. Braeden came out to help us locate the Super Duty’s on the lot. He was very professional and helpful with our search. He found the perfect truck for us and I couldn’t be happier with the pricing and the deal we were able to work out with Ford of Port Richey. Not only were we able to make a deal, their service hasn’t stopped there. I’ve been contacted multiple times since then to check on us and make sure that we have t had any problems with our new truck. I’ve a couple small things and Braeden quickly made me an appointment to get it in and get them fixed. The service department was another outstanding experience, they got me in and got me taken care of in no time. All were very friendly and helpful getting me squared away. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and have had some decent and not so decent experiences with dealers I’ve bought from. I will say that Ford of Port Richey starting with Braeden and the sales team all the way to service and your VIP manger Mark, I am not only beyond impressed but I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience from purchase to after purchase service.
