Dysfunctional, I would not recommended anyone for service. My truck was dropped off at 11am (scheduled appointment time). I called at 12pm to make sure the truck was received since it was towed. I wa service. My truck was dropped off at 11am (scheduled appointment time). I called at 12pm to make sure the truck was received since it was towed. I was told it had not arrived. 2 minutes later, boom....It was there parked in spot #32. It sat for over an hour before my service writer knew it was there. Originally I was told 2 to 2.5 for the service when I requested the appt 3 days prior. Communication was awful. I picked up my truck after they closed. 3 new tires, all 4 tires had different pressure. Terrible experience will not be back. More
