Steve does an awesome job. Still irks me to have to pay shop charges, rags and hand cleaner is part of the cost of doing business. When you get on a plane the pilot doesn’t ask for his lunch money. I asked the service advisor to use my air filter and have it changed, for a $7 fee of course. Also to do a wash after the oil change. It was not done. Worst service. Was charged 150 for nothing. Absolutely nothing done on my car. I will never be returning to this service department. Had me wait 3 hours for my car when they couldn't even do one simple ta nothing done on my car. I will never be returning to this service department.
