Complete experience was unfortunately negative. Ethically I cannot recommend this dealership. First they failed to advise me that when you purchase an originally titled Canadian vehicle in the US that the re I cannot recommend this dealership. First they failed to advise me that when you purchase an originally titled Canadian vehicle in the US that the remainder of the manufacturers warranty is null and void. Next the finance department essentially lied stating that a scratch and dent protection plan was "complimentary" only to find out that I was charged for this coverage. In addition they sold me a useless extended warranty and tire protection/damage plan that I could not use due to the jeep I purchased being modified. Also lied about price if GAP protection compared to what I could purchase directly from Suncoast Credit Union. I also had realizes that they charged me an additional $350 more than the agreed upon price and will not refund the money. I have notified and discussed these issues with multiple managers and waa promised that they would help me and never responded or called me back. One of the managers straight lied to my face on multiple issues when I physically went to the dealership to try and resolve these issues and cancel the extended warranty/protection plan. Unfortunately, they take gpjr money and customer service is lost after the sale. Would give no stars but can't. More

I arrived at 9:45 for 10:00 app for oil change on rv. When I made the appointment I was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs and we would wait for it. It was 11:00 when I realized that my rv was still parked When I made the appointment I was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs and we would wait for it. It was 11:00 when I realized that my rv was still parked in the same spot. No one came to me explaining the delay. I had another appointment at 11:45 and asked for my keys. Few minutes later frank walked by me simply said the keys are in the rv and never apologized for anything. It was very poor/bad service Mike Grenier More

The dealership is very generous in offering the pick up and delivery service especially for ‘senior citizens” during this time of crisis when our age group is targeted to be most at risk. I have had my truck there 4 times for the same issue still havent fixed it. They told me repairs would be around 2800. I have checked other dealerships in the area and same repair cost would be around 1 still havent fixed it. They told me repairs would be around 2800. Just so glad I didnt purchase any of my trucks from this horrible Dealership.really sucks cause I truly believe in keeping my money locally. I will never recommend or purchase anything from again.
