Sales people are fine but finance person is horrible While the sales people are fine at trying to sell a car, the finance person doesn’t know anything about the deals the sales people have reached. They ought to get together and not make deals that finance can’t produce and both should know the actual parameters of what is being offered. The amount of paperwork to be signed is ridiculous. I have bought many houses online and signed through docusign. Have spent 10 times more for a house and was not put through the hassle that the finance person caused. Mistakes, wrong information. When is the car industry going to wake up to the twenty-first century? Would have given a better review if just about sales but this a total experience that has left a bad taste for me. More
