Waited over 2 hrs for a scheduled oil change After waiting & watching numerous customers also waiting hours I spoke with TJ . He was very understanding & assured me he was personally working on fixing this issue & thankfully he did not try to justify or rationalize the radiculous long wait. TJ graciously covered the entire cost of my oil change. I will return for my next oil change & verify for myself if the problem I experienced has truly been resolved. Hope so!! As a former Ford Mo Co Salaried Employee ( retired) I certainly want nothing more than 100% satisfied Ford coustomers & Ford vehicle sales to increase for many many years to come! More

This place is a disaster. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AVOID AT ALL COSTS Bought a car from here on October 3rd. Was told I wouldn't have to make a payment for the first 90 days. The beginning of November I get a bill. I try calling three freaking times to figure out what's going on and nobody would pick up the phone or call me back. So I have to show up in person to get someone to listen. They never gave me a reason as to why I got the bill, but they did say they'd mail me a check to pay the bill. Never received the check in the mail, so I called again. Come to find out the check was never even cut. It's thanks to Sandy that I finally got it, but it seems this place doesn't know what the hecks going on at any given point and the lack of communication is disgusting. They're lucky I love my car. Most definitely will be going to a different dealership from now on. DO NOT come here for an oil change. They can't even get that right. I got my first oil change for free here and they left the OIL CAP off, then we had to leave it overnight and pay for a rental car til they fixed their mistake. I'm definitely going to just pay for an oil change instead of coming to this joke of a dealership. The whole team is off in left field and don't know what the frick is going on. The lady who scheduled my oil change was supposed to schedule it for 530 and put a note that we might be an hour early. I made that very clear. But instead the moron scheduled 430. None of these people have A clue. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership More

My car is fixed, but I’m a little confused. Ryan Diaz was awesome the day I got my car on 12/5. Sunday my new (used) car I got not even 2 weeks ago died. Terald hooked me up with a rental and got my battery changed which I’m very appreciative of as Tristan helped Sunday getting the rental. Upon pick up everyone was confused, didn’t know where my keys were, I waited 40 minutes, and didn’t receive a service report. Also the right passenger door handle wasn’t fixed when I let them know upon drop off. I love the place, just a little frustrated that not everything was fixed and I’m not sure if the car was fully inspected before getting it initially or after serviced. More

Got my 2017 F150 back at 8:40 AM (I signed the receipt about 10 minutes before that) Manager Lou told me when I bought the truck new that I would have 6 free oil changes. Service associate Becky told me that they just discussed this recently at some meeting and they can only give 2. She said she never heard of a manager named Lou. My word is my integrity. I spend my life living by my word. I am deeply dismayed at how casually the committment Ford's representative Manager Lou was dismissed. It shows a poor example. I was given this oil change for free. The receipt shows it was my 2nd oil change there when in fact it was my 3rd. I am hoping someone will honor the word and commitment made to me for re remaining 3 oil changes. It is not about the money. The money is nothing compared to what it represents, that being, trust and honor. Thank you for this ability to share this feedback. More
