My car is right on schedule from ford recommended service protocol, the same mechanic did the same recommendations on another young girls car had her in tears because she didn't authorize the repairs and couldn't afford them apparently at least that was my take on what I seen & heard. It just seems that service is out of touch of reality with a pushy attitude to force extras , build a relationship through trust & before long people will have nice things to say and will recomend you/ on a side note my service coordinator was very nice so not all negative! More

Overpriced I never heard of it costing $800 to repair calipers. I went in to have my brakes checked an original quote was 200 final quote was 800. Too much money I left and had the whole job done for $236. And also I was charged $79 for them looking at my car and they didn't do anything. More
