No one converged on me as we pulled into a parking space as had been the case in the past. The vehicle that was chosen, the color is perfect for me. It is easy to drive and very easy to get in and out of. Something I struggled with in my other vehicle. I really can't say enough about how I was treated and my son was treated yesterday. I can't say thank you enough. I know that we will enjoy this vehicle for a long time to come and I will be more than happy to recommend Ford of Port Richey to my friends. I’m not sure if it’s because you only use ford parts or what the reason is, but the price difference is so much lower at a repair shop that I’ve chosen to go that direction. More

Blind leading the blind So I go up there for a free oil change (free because they screwed up last time but that's another story). While I'm there, the service rep suggests a tire rotation because I haven't gone my tires rotated yet (14,000miles) and I say ok. She said it's $20. So after an hour I go searching for my truck and see it's on the side of the building come back to the front and the lady said it's done. The teller says $30. I paid it but kept saying I thought she said $20, maybe I heard wrong. So I drive home and when I get out I notice the scuff mark that was on my front left tire before is still there. I investigate further and my back tires have zero 'rounding' on them-remember I've never rotated them. So clearly they weren't rotated. Called up and although they never completely admitted not doing them, the lady said they would come pick my truck up, rotate the tires and fill up my tank (admission of guilt). i called back the next day and asked for a refund instead since I didn't want to spend 3-4 hours without my truck for a service that should have already been done. a different girl on the phone was like sure we can refund the rotation, that'll be $20....
