Blew up my motor The is the worst dealer I have dealt with in my life. No one in that store cares about anyone. My personal property has been stolen when being there f The is the worst dealer I have dealt with in my life. No one in that store cares about anyone. My personal property has been stolen when being there for service, told me that they did not believe I wore Maui Jim sun glasses that cost 300.00. Then the stripped out the oil pan plug, causing all the oil to leak out on my way to work. That causing the turbo diesel motor to blow. Then they had my truck for almost 2 more months telling me they could not get parts. I call ford in Detroit Michigan and was told the parts were available. Then the parts started showing up. While they had my truck there they used my 2 batteries that where in my truck to run the filtration machine for transmission fluid and killed the batteries. I had to call AAA to get jump and had to buy 2 new ones. They would not pay for. The whole time telling me they did me a favor when they are the ones that caused the problem. The service manger TJ will lie to your face if you can catch him there, always out of town. The General Manger refused to come out and talk to me on 3 different occasions More

This place is very deceptive, they not only didn’t take off what was advertised for every customer online, they even added money to the sticker price!!!!!all buyers beware. They tried to overcharge me by almost 3 grand. So sneaky. We always thought car dealers were shady and this is why. They need to be reported to the Florida department of Business and regulation. Go to any other Ford dealer but this one !!!!! I went to another dealer, flammer ford in Tarpon springs and had no problem making a great deal, for an advertised price! Save yourself from this deceptive place and don’t get ripped off!!!! More

Excellent customer service What a pleasure working with the salespeople Robert Wessel and Dave. They were patient with us while we tried to figure out what car was best for us. When we were ready to buy we were prepared with our down payment and I knew about how much my payment.s would be. Robert’s manager was great working with and getting us to closed on the deal. (Sorry I forgothis name ). Josh made the loan process smooth and easy. He explained everything to us and it was the easiest auto loan process we ever had. At the end when we were receiving our new car Robert and Dave took a few minutes to get us set up and explain things so we could get on our way. It was wonderful working with people who weren’t pressuring us as other dealers have tried. The staff we worked with were very professional and polite and if we are blessed to get another new car in the future, I would love working with all these same people again. New Car This was my first visit to this dealership. I just moved to Florida and had a leased car from out of state. I went in for an oil change and to see abo This was my first visit to this dealership. I just moved to Florida and had a leased car from out of state. I went in for an oil change and to see about buying out my lease. I walked out not only buying out my lease but also bought a new 2018 Fusion. Absolutely no pressure, my choice. The salesman Jeff is fantastic he worked really hard to get me what I wanted. Then on to finance, Josh, again was very patient explained every little detail. No pressure to buy extra warranties. I will definitely recommend these gentlemen and my next car will be bought here from them. More
