Service team I've been coming to Ford of Port Richey since I purchased my Ford Fusion in 2010 and haven't been to any other place since with my vehicle, I've had I've been coming to Ford of Port Richey since I purchased my Ford Fusion in 2010 and haven't been to any other place since with my vehicle, I've had all my service including tires done at Ford of Port Richey and I've been very pleased with all of my visits there. Very good experience came out of a bad one. I purchased a 2017 ford fusion a few months ago, long story short there were some issues with the vehicle. TJ the service advisor was great, as well a I purchased a 2017 ford fusion a few months ago, long story short there were some issues with the vehicle. TJ the service advisor was great, as well as Jim the manager and Shawna in sales. I was stressed out with the fusion so the dealership helped me purchase another vehicle and the process went alot smoother than i thought. They really redeemed themselves. Shawna was awesome she went out of her way to make me feel at ease throughout the process. So at the end of the day, im happy with my experience. More

Not so nice experience I experienced confusion about price of tire. Dealership would not honor the 10 percent discount for using my Morgan Platinum credit card. I have been driving a Ford for over 30 years and this experience has turned me off on Ford. All my past experiences have been far superior to this interaction.
