Terrible service First I was told the service wasn't covered. The person told me I would have to check with a different dept because she was too busy. Then when I tri First I was told the service wasn't covered. The person told me I would have to check with a different dept because she was too busy. Then when I tried to get an answer that I would have to wait. (FYI, there was a woman who I was speaking to who had purchased a car the day before and only got one key. She was already waiting for some time for the additional key). The person at this counter seemed like she couldn't be bothered. She said it was a hectic day. I finally found out I was in fact covered. After leaving on my way home my low tire pressure went on. I had to add air to all 4 tires. The pressures were 18, 19, 26, 15 I called to let them know and was told that maybe I went over a nail on the way home. My reply was Oh are you telling me I got nails in all my tires. Seems like the tires were never rotated at all. The person who used be there ( Toni ) would go out of her way to help you and you felt like she cared. More

Oil change I decided to go to this dealership because a had a coupon that I received from a Ford web site that stated the works. The cost was about 39.99 I belie I decided to go to this dealership because a had a coupon that I received from a Ford web site that stated the works. The cost was about 39.99 I believe, they stated I needed a new air filter and said it would be about $39 I said no, because the auto parts store sells them for $14. Then after completion I received a bill for almost $60 and they said $22 for disposal fee plus tax. I've never paid that much money for Oil change so I will never return to that dealership I believe that's a rip off so at that point I just paid an left. More

30,000 mile service Always get great service. They were quick to get the work done and get me on my way. The only criticism if any, is they could use some work in the was Always get great service. The vehicles should be wiped down after wash, thus the reasoning for not having my vehicle washed after service. Overall great service always at Ford of Port Richey!! More
