As a retired purchasing agent, I love a bargain, and the discount coupons enticed me to next give Ford of PR a try. Subsequent service on multiple visits at Ford of PR has been perfect, from start to finish, We experienced an oversight once, but I can allow for rare human error (as long as it is minor), and subsequently judge a business on how forthrightly they address and resolve an issue. Unlike that "other " dealer, I was completely satisfied with Ford of PR's response, and intend to keep coming back to them. More

Terrible I had an appointment for 9:20 yesterday, they finally took my car in at 9:50. After 2 hour wait car was done. I wanted to use my For Owner Advantag I had an appointment for 9:20 yesterday, they finally took my car in at 9:50. After 2 hour wait car was done. I wanted to use my For Owner Advantage I had over 100.00 dollars last checked. when they brought up my account it was empty. I have been going to this dealer for 9 years and never had a break in service for or 549 days. I just reviewed all my receipts no long laps in service No one ever contacted me before the cancellation took place. I am requesting my money returned to my account! Also my last visit was the same thing over 3 hours service then had to tell the service rep the car was ready. Same thing this time everyone is walking around with a clip board and paper. No more casher! Looks like a few service reps are doing all the work. looks like short handed skimping.Yesterday is my last visit to this dealer, heading to Spring Hill. More
